ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ian Bersten
Ian Bersten was born in 1939 in North Sydney. He graduated B.Com (UNSW) in 1960, worked for a year at CSR and then hitchhiked around the world for four years. A few years after his return, in 1968, he opened Belaroma Coffee in Roseville and is still addicted to this day. He is the author of four other books, all on coffee and tea.
